Faculty/Staff and Student Portals

San Juan College provides a portal for Faculty/Staff and another for Students. The portal is accessible from anywhere that an Internet connection exists.

The portal is a window into the resources of the College. It provides news, current information, events, documents, and support. Users also have access to the files on their personal drive and to their email.

The Calendar tab provides access to the Academic, Events, Facilities Use, Faculty/Staff Training, Fine Arts, OTS, and Student Activities Calendars.

For faculty, the portal also provides easy access to advisor tools, faculty web pages, WebCT and other academic resources.

The SJC Personnel Directory is another great tool on the portal that provides the ability to search for users email addresses and phone extensions.
