Okay, you have applied to San Juan College, registered for your classes, and you are ready to start class but what if something comes up and you need help? San Juan College offers a variety of support services for our online students. There are four areas from which you can choose.

The first is Student Services. This is where you can get help with general student issues like paying tuition, needing to see an advisor, questions about your transcript, and many more.

Second, is academic help. If you need a tutor or need to brush up on a particular topic this is the place to get help.

Third, is technical help. If you need help resetting your password or can’t log into your course this is where you can go.

And lastly, there are tutorials and training available if you need help learning how to use ANGEL, our learning management system.
