Science Tutoring
For many students, rigorous science courses can be unfamiliar and intimidating. But you don’t have to go through them alone! In the Tutoring Center, science tutors can help you achieve success in all of your health care science pre-requisites. Free tutoring is available for the following courses:
- BIOL 121 - Introductory Biology I
- BIOL 252 and 253 - Human Anatomy and Physiology I & II
- CHEM 110 - Introductory Chemistry
- PHYS 111 - Introduction to Physics
The Science and Math Tutoring Center is located in room 1600L, near the main entrance to the Student Success Center. The center schedule operates on a week-to-week bases, but generally you can find a tutor between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The full weekly schedule is posted outside the center.
In addition to tutoring, you can also utilize the many reference materials in the center.
