San Juan College has been informed by the Farmington Police Department that the individual identified in the Timely Warning issued earlier today regarding a reported sexual assault on or near the walking trails north of Nizhoni Sunrise Suites has been taken into custody.  The suspect is no longer at large, and there is no longer an immediate threat to the campus community associated with this incident. San Juan College will continue to work with law enforcement as the investigation continues. We thank the Farmington Police Department for their timely and professional response and handling of this situation.
