A variety of group classes are offered to members of the HHPC. Classes are FREE to all HHPC members 14 years and older – day passes are available.
Afro Hip Hop Cardio  

Dance-based cardio class designed to get you moving to a variety of clean hip hop/ Afro hip hop songs. In this class you will sweat out your stress with easy fun hip hop remixed with "West Africa" dance moves. You'll use dance to strengthen and sculpt your body all while having lots of fun. You are in for an epic one-hour fun session, so gear up and let go!

Barre

Is a class using postures inspired by ballet, Pilates, and Yoga to increase strength and flexibility. The Barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training. This class will also incorporate light hand-held weights, and a mat for targeted core work.

Boot Camp

Drills and exercises developed to train athletes to be the best they can be. Each exercise can be tailored to people of all fitness levels so they can achieve a total body workout as well as a good cardiovascular workout.

Circuit Training

Circuit Training is a strength and conditioning class that uses high-intensity exercises that target muscular strength and endurance. This is a great calorie-burning class with 60 seconds of quality exercise to 15 seconds of rest time.

Core Training

Focuses on exercises to strengthen your abs, obliques, and low back muscles.

Hatha Yoga

A mixed workout for all levels that is good for muscle stretching, strengthening and toning.

High Fitness

Join the fitness craze that is getting everyone addicted to fitness. Aerobic interval training with intense cardio peaks and toning tracks set to music you know and love! Finally a fitness class that is easy to follow and a total blast. Come have some BODY SCULPTING FUN!

HIIT Step

No choreography is this High Intensity Interval Training using a step and weights. Each interval is timed, class is open to all abilities. Work at your own pace.

Les Mills Bodycombat™

This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.

Les Mills Body Flow™

A motivated blend of yoga, with Tai Chi & Pilates to improve flexibility and increase core strength.  

LIFT

A weight training program, using dumb bells, a bar bell and a step. It is designed to accommodate a wide range of fitness levels to improve muscular strength and endurance. Provides a safe and effective workout.

REV

A Spin class for all fitness levels. This class incorporates using spin bikes at varying speeds and resistances to achieve aerobic exercise.

REV Xpress Plus

A SPIN class for all fitness levels, but at an accelerated 30 minute pace. “Plus”, a 25 minute body sculpting program after the bike ride.

Strength & Conditioning

To help improve performance in all areas of life whether that be in sports, day to day activities, hobbies or fitness goals. Includes speed and agility, endurance, core stability, balance, mobility, flexibility, injury prevention and strength training. Whatever your goal is this program can help you reach it in a team environment! 

Suspension Training

Suspension Training is a body-weight exercise, which develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. It requires the use of suspension straps, a highly portable performance-training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete many different exercises.

Tabata

Exercising at a timed high intensity level with a short recovery time using weights, barbells, steps and the floor. Geared toward all fitness levels -always work at your own pace.

Zumba

Latin and international music drive interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
