Welcome Back SJC!
To help foster student success, IT will be staffing temporary tech support stations over the next two weeks to assist with any questions or issues regarding the needed changes to how SJC manages passwords and claiming of accounts. IT will also be present during the SJC Dual Credit information sessions held over the next few weeks.
Tech Support Station Times and Locations:
- January 14th – January 17th (8:00am – 5:00pm)
- Clock Tower (next to Advising)
- Humanities Commons Lab (next to Admissions)
- ITC Lower Commons Lab (next to Testing Center)
- January 21st – January 24th (8:00am – 5:00pm) –
- Humanities Commons Lab (next to Admissions)
- ITC Lower Commons Lab (next to Testing Center)
- Student Commons (above Mary’s Kitchen)
Temporary tech support station hours will be extended through the week of January 27th as needed.
If you have any students who are having issues with their account, please send them over to one of our tech stations so IT can assist them with a successful start to the semester.
