Key Performance Indicators
Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are indicators that the college will use to measure the success of the institution. The measures are designed to support the four strategic directions of the college. Each indicator is compared to a group of peer institutions as well as to aspirational peers to establish a target for improvement. A standard methodology is utilized to determine each target range.
Peer Institutions
Peer Institutions include comparative colleges in New Mexico and aspirational institutions from across the country. The New Mexico institutions are public 2-year colleges that have similar missions and share state resources. Aspirational institutions are nationally recognized for certain outstanding programs in student success, retention, and graduation. Other high performing institutions will also be used in comparing national survey results.
